On Thursday, November 12, the NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties) held their 33rd Annual Awards for Excellence event for the Chicago market. Due to the unique conditions brought on by the coronavirus, the NAIOP Chicago Chapter opted for a live-streamed virtual event to announce this year’s award recipients. We are pleased to announce that 110 North Wacker received the award for 2020 Office Development of the Year! The award was accepted (virtually) by Riverside Investment & Development employees Drew Nieman, Executive Vice President and Rafael Carreira, Executive Vice President.
